The Buyers Agents Network combines lead generation, member referrals, pre-market property access and marketing opportunities to help boost your income as a property finder or buyers agent and in doing so provides the essential service of buyer representation to more homebuyers throughout the UK and to those who buy property overseas.
Listed below are the key components of the Buyers Agents Network.
Buyers Enquiries
We carefully screen all buyers enquiries generated by our marketing efforts, and encourage them to use the services of our members. We then match these buyers with appropriate agents in the network on a geographical basis and according to the buyers other property search requirements. Buyers Agents Network will charge a fee for converted leads which will be reinvested to perpetuate more leads for agents in the network.
How the referral process works
We speak to each buyer to ensure that their enquiry is genuine and gather their property search requirements including their budget, status, property search criteria and the location of their search. We then match these details with the specifics of our member agents and send the buyer a shortlist of the most suitable Buyers Agents so they can see your details and credentials.
You will also receive details of the buyer and their search requirements by email so you can contact them directly. We ask that you respond within the same working day if possible so that we can provide a fast and efficient service to every buyer that uses the service.
If you are successful in gaining an instruction from a buyer that we send to you then we will stop marketing the buyer’s details to other network members and you will be required to pay a lead fee to Buyers Agents Network. This is paid in two parts: £150 on instruction, and then 20% of the purchase/success fee earned from the client on completion. Lead fees will then be reinvested into the Buyers Agents Network to perpetuate more leads and more services for member agents.
To ensure quality of service we speak to each buyer at some point after passing their details to our member agents, this enables us to obtain client feedback and also track converted leads that have been generated by our referrals service.
Member to Member Referrals
Earn additional income from referring buyers that you can't service yourself to other members of the Buyers Agents Network. We encourage all members to pass leads that they are unable to handle through the APFBA referral service. Any leads that are then converted will earn you a commission of 10% of the purchasing/success fee earned by the receiving agent on completion of the property purchase.
