APFBA was founded in 2008 to raise the profile of the industry and to establish guidelines for the professional conduct of property finders and buyers' agents.
The founding members of APFBA instilled that the Association as a whole would be committed to being actively involved in working together to achieve these aims.
APFBA members are committed to working specifically to each client's individual requirements and considering all possible sources of properties that meet those requirements.
We are passionate in our belief that our clients' best interests can only be served when they are exclusively represented by an agent for buyers and that agent is licensed in accordance with applicable laws. In this way, buyers who use a APFBA member can be assured of objective, independent and expert advice with the full protection of relevant legislation.
